WIRE Portugal e Iberian Property com uma iniciativa inovadora no setor: leilão de arte em prol de causas sociais

Nos próximos dias 15 e 16 de setembro o Portugal Real Estate Summit reúne os investidores internacionais e nacionais em Portugal, numa organização da revista Iberian Property, publicação do Grupo Iberinmo.

A WIRE Portugal (Women in Real Estate) e a Iberian Property, unem esforços neste evento de referência, para promover uma ação inovadora e solidária: o leilão de um quadro da renomada artista Margarida Fleming, cuja receita reverterá a favor da Associação Vilacomvida / Café Joyeux.

A obra, reflete a sensibilidade e a visão única de uma das artistas mais talentosas da nossa geração, e constitui uma oportunidade para os investidores imobiliários serem sensibilizados para investir em Arte e nos artistas portugueses.

O leilão, que decorrerá em formato digital, tem como público-alvo os participantes do evento — profissionais de topo, empresários e líderes de referência do setor — e visa contribuir para o empoderamento das mulheres, bem como para o apoio a iniciativas que promovem a igualdade de género e a capacitação profissional.

“Este evento reflete a crescente participação das mulheres no setor da construção e do imobiliário, áreas historicamente dominadas por homens, bem como a nossa missão de evidenciar o impacto positivo que podemos gerar quando nos unimos em prol de um bem comum. Margarida Fleming, com a sua reconhecida trajetória na arte contemporânea, é a perfeita parceira desta ação. A sua obra, inspirada no poder transformador das mulheres no mercado de trabalho e na sociedade, traduz a força e a resiliência do feminino de forma vibrante e única, dando visibilidade a temas de identidade, empoderamento feminino e a relação do ser humano com o espaço.

A Associação Vilacomvida/Café Joyeux é a entidade para a qual reverte a receita deste Leilão Solidário.

Trata-se de um projeto único de integração, que engloba diversas iniciativas de inclusão, entre as quais se destacam os cafés-restaurantes solidários Cafés Joyeux. Nestes espaços, jovens adultos com DID (Dificuldades Intelectuais e de Desenvolvimento) têm oportunidade de trabalhar, receber formação e construir o seu futuro, demonstrando que a diferença pode, de facto, ser uma força.

A WIRE Portugal apoia e tem uma parceria estratégica com este projeto, alinhada pelos seus princípios de igualdade, valorização pelo trabalho, autonomia e de abordagem positiva perante a diferença.

WIRE Portugal and Iberian Property with an Innovative Initiative in the Sector: Art Auction for Social Causes

On 15 and 16 September, the Portugal Real Estate Summit will bring together national and international investors in Portugal, in an event organized by Iberian Property, a publication of Grupo Iberinmo.

WIRE Portugal (Women in Real Estate) and Iberian Property join forces in this landmark event to promote an innovative and solidarity-driven initiative: the auction of a painting by renowned artist Margarida Fleming, with proceeds reverting to the Vilacomvida Association / Café Joyeux.

The artwork reflects the sensitivity and unique vision of one of the most talented artists of our generation, offering real estate investors an opportunity to engage with Portuguese art and artists.

The auction, to be held digitally, is aimed at event participants — leading professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders — and seeks to contribute to the empowerment of women as well as to the support of initiatives that promote gender equality and professional capacity building.

“This event reflects the growing participation of women in the construction and real estate sectors — areas historically dominated by men — and our mission to highlight the positive impact we can generate when we unite for a common good. We want to inspire other women to connect with our purpose and to take on leadership, while at the same time supporting highly relevant social projects,”

With her distinguished career in contemporary art, Margarida Fleming is the perfect partner for this initiative. Her work, inspired by the transformative power of women in the workplace and in society, expresses female strength and resilience in a vibrant and unique way, while bringing visibility to themes of identity, women’s empowerment, and the human relationship with space.

The Vilacomvida Association / Café Joyeux will be the beneficiary of the proceeds from this Solidarity Auction.

This is a unique integration project that encompasses several inclusion initiatives, most notably the solidarity restaurants Cafés Joyeux. In these spaces, young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are given the opportunity to work, receive training, and build their future — proving that difference can indeed be a strength.

WIRE Portugal supports and has a strategic partnership with this project, aligned with its principles of equality, valuing work, autonomy, and a positive approach to diversity.

“They are all professionals with hidden and yet-to-be-discovered talents,” emphasized Filipa Pinto Coelho, CEO of Café Joyeux (Vilacomvida Association).

This is yet another differentiating initiative by WIRE Portugal, in partnership with Grupo Iberinmo, where art and solidarity come together to build a more inclusive and equitable future for women.
