These 'Terms and Conditions of Use' govern the use of the Wire website and respective subscriptions of the associates.
The associates can freely access the contents and data presented online by the Wire team.
REGISTRATION
The associate is responsible for updating its data, which appears on the website and on the platforms where the brand is present, namely social networks and direct marketing channels. If the data is not correct, please contact us immediately by the means indicated at the beginning.
By becoming an associate, you agree that:
- Your photo, name, company and function will appear on the Wire website;
- You will do everything in your power to represent the association in a dignified manner;
- Will be actively involved in the initiatives and actions proposed by the association.
PAYMENTS
The associate agrees to pay the amount corresponding to the membership fee in force on the date of joining or of its renewal.
Payments will be made by bank transfer.
The payments made are not refundable, except when we expressly indicate the contrary and for conditions explicitly indicated.
INTERRUPTION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCESS
Wire reserves the right to interrupt or suspend the presence of the members on its website for lack of payment.
Without prejudice to the user, Wire cannot be held responsible for any suspension or interruption that may occur as a result of something that is not attributable to it or that is attributable to mere negligence.
ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP
The Wire website may contain advertising and sponsors. Wire points out that advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material received for inclusion on the Wire website complies with applicable laws, codes and regulations. We exclude any liability for any errors or inaccuracies that the advertising or sponsorship material may contain. The subscriber customer/registered user/unregistered user's relationship with third parties via the services on our website and any terms, conditions and warranties with respect to such third parties, including sponsors or advertisers, are the sole responsibility of the subscriber customer/registered user/unregistered user and the respective third parties.
